The Pilates Room is an environment where each and every participant receives the attention they need to improve their strength, flexibility and breathing skills necessary for exercise. My focus is on the individual and the individual’s specific needs, regardless of their fitness level or experience with exercise.
I offer private sessions utilizing specially designed Pilates equipment, plus small mat classes.
